John Lennon’s acerbic wit and rebellious nature represented the era’s counterculture; with President Nixon trying to deport him from Lennon’s Manhattan home during the Vietnam war for his peace activism and open criticism of the administration. This, the very first in a strictly limited edition of 12 bronze portraits of John Lennon seeks to represent this moment in time.
This bronze, life size bust is sculpted by the rapidly emerging English artist Linda Joyce. The patina on each of these bronzes is to the customers choosing, making each Bronze truly unique.
